All transmissions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and files are encrypted on the server.

The process is simple.  Call and provide us with your email address, we will then send you a link to the secure portal.  You'll then be prompted to upload your documents with an easy step by step process. Once the upload is complete, we receive an email notifying us the transfer of documents is complete.  This is a more secure method of electronic communication versus emailing us information.  We prefer you use the portal for anything containing your SSN or personal information.
